Single but don't want to travel solo...
 

Is there anyone, who wants to travel on a long worldwide, trip, could be by land or if you dare, share a cabin sailing world wide on a cruiseship. I DO have a profile, with age, interests and travel style, (and for men, sigh, a pic) on TravelChums website, under the user name, evagoblog, since there is no place here to put a profile. Might be easier to respond on that site.

I am also looking for a female travel companion to cruise with,
the only thing is I am 79 and that limits me to older people.
Not many people like to travel at my age, and also can't afford to. I like to cruise because I can do things at my own
pace.

I am interested in such a trip by land since there are several places on my bucket list that might not be accessible by sea. I like adventure by day but quiet by night. Non-smoker, very light drinker. Not a shopper at all.

Sorry, I'm going RTW starting Sept., but I'm going solo. Any special reason for you not to go solo? You'll likely meet other travelers along the way.

I have had some trouble with Travelbuddies, the website does not work well with my Apple. I too have been looking for a travel partner. Cannot do what you are looking for, but I am wondering if you were successful finding a friend to go with.

I am looking for someone to go to Sicily this fall, two weeks. Pity, I have friends and family who have desire and no money, or money and no desire.

Good luck to you, but the likely hood of finding a travel partner here on Fodor's Travel Tips board under Solo Travel are low to none.

First off hardly anyone reads this branch, second off it really isn't about Solo Travel (which means well traveling solo -lol).
