Plan Vacation to Destin, Florida
 

I starting to plan my family vacation to Destin, Florida. But, I'm not sure if I really want to go there since I haven't been able to find any good attraction to do beside the beach. I will be traveling with my 6 and 10 years old kids. We will be traveling from Dallas, TX. Does anyone know if Destin, Florida is a good vacation place for kids? If so, we attraction is there to do beside the beach. Also, I would appreicate any other suggestion that within 10 hours from Dallas. We have travel on of Texas that we are interested in so any other suggestion will be helpful. Traveling around May or June.

Ocean Palm Hotel St. Petersburg Florida is the best hotel ............last summer I visited there there are so much to find out...........Hope you will enjoy too.....

Florida is good place, the beaches are cool and you have Universal Orlando and Busch Gardens (awesome)theme parks are really good, I love Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, sea world, MGM...If you like Roller Coasters go to Busch gardens and Islands of adventure.Ft. Lauderdale is a nice place, downtown Miami, Miami beach...

Destin,Fl. is a good vacation place for kids, b'coz Destin is known for its white beaches and emerald green waters . A lot of people went there from my school for spring break.

Destin is ok, but 30A is better. It's in between Panama City and Destin. The people there are hippies and Harley riders with more money than anyone in Destin, but they don't flaunt it and are not stuck up!!!

Florida ia a wonderful place to visit.I love to travel with family and never loose any chance whenever i got vacations.We went to this city in May this year for five days.All times in this city were very exciting.We spend all days in different hotels and visit historic places,beaches they all were very nice with all facilities and situated near to the destinations city.Wonderful experience.
