Graduation trip

My daughter would like to take a trip with me and her grandmother in celebration of her graduation from high school, and I am just not sure at this point what would be a fun trip for us. My mom is in great shape and game for anything -- we did Disneyworld last year and she did ALL the rides -- and we have fun together just hanging out and goofing off. It could be in the States or out of the country. Any suggestions?

A southern Caribbean cruise from Puerto Rico will be great for the family.

When DD was 16, she and I and my mother all went to France. Fantastic trip and of course having that time together was wonderful:)

What does she enjoy? I was a huge fan of Broadway when I was in high school so my mom gave me a trip to NYC to see some shows.

Ask your daughter! Surely if it is a graduation trip then either she should pick the destination or you know her best and should choose someplace you know she'll love.

Suggestions from random strangers will be just strange and random! LOL

Here are mine anyway (based on my DD)
1. Japan (top of her wish list)
2. Hawaii (has been twice and loves it)
3. Paris (has been several times and is now learning French and adores the idea of an extended stay)
4. New Mexico (especially to horse ride)

Paris,Rome,London would be the three that my daughter would say.Sadly her grandma didn't go with her to all of them but we travel quite a bit and always find fun things to do in those cities together as mother/daughter.

My Dad took me away for a month after college - one week starting in San Francisco and driving around Napa (I'm from NJ), and then on to three weeks in Hawaii to see five islands. A bit extravagant, but certainly a memorable trip, and fun to do with family. The benefit of traveling with my father was that we look so much alike no one gave us "those looks" (you know, the rolling eyes younger woman, older man traveling together looks).
