Wow. What a nightmare. It goes to support my theory that eDreams is a money-laundering scheme. They collected a lot of money from you, and you may or may not even have a ticket? Thievery. Good luck with it.
Please report it to FTC and a travel ombudsman, too. I have done so, but haven't heard back. These entities need to hear from more scammed consumers.
