Creating Itinerary
I am trying to create an itinerary to give to all 11 family members who are traveling to the same wedding in December. We have arranged tours and trips and I want to make sure everyone is aware of times and locations. Does anyone know of a small book or brochure that I can create? Most of the websites are for photo books. No photos yet! Just want to give info. Thank you for suggestions.

What not just create a word document (or even an excel spread sheet)

I'm with janisj. A simple document printed out seems like the most painless way to do it. Make 25 copies because people will lose it. And have an electronic copy in plain text format for easy emailing/texting.

A friend has had luck with lulu.com. Personally, I'd rather have an electronic copy. I can print it out and fold it up and not worry about it fitting in a small purse.

Hobbert: The problem I see is that in any group of 11 family members at least some won't be all that computer savvy. I take groups often and simple is generally better . . . Lowest common denominator and all that.
Of course, some (most even) might want an electronic version, but a simple paper copy is usually the best way to make sure everyone is on the same page so to speak . . . |
Thank you ALL. I tried a calendar document and there was way too much. 4 different flights, several hotels, etc. I think the best way would be to just type it all out and make several copies. I was hoping to add clip art and make it interesting but that sounds a bit daunting.

IMO, no need for clip art or trying to make it 'interesting'. Just the facts so everyone has the same info.

I really think you're overthinking this.

I don't know what version Microsoft Word you have but in mine there is a Project Gallery under the File menu. When you click on it, if you go to the menu on the left, under "Home Essentials' there is a heading called 'Travel Tools', and there you will find a template for an itinerary. You can tweak it as necessary.

Assuming you're using Office have a look on the Microsoft site for templates
