Babymoon destination. HELP!!
 

Hello everyone. I really hope I can get some great direction from everyone. Let the opinions begin :)

So my wife and I are expecting our first child. We want to go away for a babymoon somewhere warm, relaxing, beachy and she desperately wants a spa. Unfortunately with Zika all throughout the Caribbean we found ourselves stuck and limited. I suggested to my wife let's go to Puglia, Sicily, Mallorca, or anywhere in Europe for that matter as we have nowhere to go in the Caribbean. Please help me; I want to make this relaxing and enjoyable and most of all special. We're from NYC in our mid 30's, love good food, warm weather, she prefers beach and spas. Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Fodors. If you are interested in Europe you will get more replies if you post this on the Europe forum, although I would say that beaches are not what Europe does best. You might also consider south east Asia.
