Flying out of DFW

Would like last week of April or first week of May

Anywhere that Southwest flies internationally except Belize and DR (we already went there, awesome countries). https://www.southwest.com/international/

I have 220K Chase Ultimate Reward Points and $1,200 Southwest Gift Cards. I would love to stretch these funds out as best as I can, I don't mind paying up to $2,000 cash in lieu of spending all my points. I can also churn. I fly Southwest domestically so it will go to good use.

4-5 night stay, all inclusive preferred but not necessity, beautiful resort (prefer 5 star, ultra posh stuff, not too old and run down), beautiful beaches, more on the private/romantic side, less party atmosphere.

Intially, I was overthinking all the variables but I am sure all the places I go to will be an excellent time. I just want a great vacation to go on with my SO.
