2 weeks in September. Mid 30's couple from Canada. Suggestions?

Looking for some ideas for where to go in September for 2 weeks.

We have been to South California, Florida, Texas, London, France, Italy, Canary Islands.

So far we have looked at

-North California (San Fran, Napa Valley, Redwood forest, Six flags)

-Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal)

-Tennessee/Georgia (Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Savannah, Dollywood)

-New York

-Europe (Either Germany, or Spain?)

We were planning Europe at the beginning but can't find many reasonably priced flights. We normally spend around ~10k cad on a 2 week trip. I like theme parks, gf likes food, history etc.

We like to stay central to touristy type things, quality of accommodations isn't that important. We think of a hotel/airbnb as place to sleep and that's it. Location, Cleanliness and cost are the main factors for us.

Suggestions? Thanks!

All nice places to go in September, which is our favorite month to travel. Go anywhere except maybe Florida and the Caribbean. As for Europe, we always go in September and October. We are using points this year, but found that we could go round trip this fall for much less than the sign up fee for a credit card. That's one sign of deals that are available. We have seen other deals from New York and Boston at the lowest prices we have seen in a long time. Maybe they are trying to discourage JetBlue (too late they are coming within two years) and Southwest from coming. Not sure about Canada, but I would keep looking; it seems there is a new deal announced every couple of days. We are open to flying just about anywhere in Europe and picking up a cheap discount carrier over there (often $35 or so each way) to get to our final destination.

Pacific Northwest is nice that time of year. You can come to Portland or Seattle and check out the region.

Perhaps check out the west coast of Vancouver Island? Tofino, the park and Ucluelet are unique, what with their 'rainforest meets sandy beach' experiences. The area is both a surfer mecca but also a hiker's paradise. Our Trip Report here, 'Ocean Odyssey' , might have some descriptions that'd be useful (the version on the Odyssa travel site was severely edited).
Bon chance!
I am done. The choices.

How about the southern Utah parks, (Arches, Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce, etc.) or Colorado with the aspens turning to gold

We went to Savannah this spring and it exceeded our expectations. Rather than Tennessee, I’d consider Savannah & Charleston.
