The Dazzler Tower is located on Las Heras, which can be a very busy street with lots of bus traffic. Dazzler hotels in general are ok but not great in terms of management, upkeep and so forth. I don't know about this specific Dazzler Tower...my comment is about the overall reputation of the chain.

The Intersur is located on Callao...a main street but not nearly as busy as Las Heras.

Loi Suites is the oldest of the hotels you have listed. The standard rooms are smallish, especially for a a "suite." Breakfast used to be good, but I have not stayed there in years so I am not too up to date.

The Serena is located just a block from the Four Seasons Hotel in one of the best areas of Recoleta....from a tourist perspective, you are in between downtown tourist sites and the sites of Recoleta...Libertad is relatively quiet...not a lot of buses.

I would look at the Intersur and Serena before the other two based on location and the other factors I mentioned.

I recommended the Serena to friends that could afford it, and they enjoy it very much. Rooms are not big but everything is very pleasant and a good location.

Only heard it is a small fairly new hotel but that is all. Good luck.

I have not been to the Glu hotel but the location is in Palermo Soho, not Recoleta. Palermo Soho is about 15 minutes from Recoleta moving away from downtown. It is a very different neighborhood.
