When to Buy Internal Airline Flights within Arg
 

I need to buy an airline ticket for March travel from El Calafate to BA. Prices for both Lan & AA are the same -- about $175 one way. I have no clue if this is a good fare, a high fare or in between. Are their ever sales on this route? Any recommendations on when is a good time to buy -- 4 months out, 2 months out, other? thanks

Hi AV! I would prefer to buy our tixs sooner too. I do want to wait and see what the deal is with the possible closing at Jorge Newberry. that could might effect our flight.

I don't see how the closing of AEP could affect a March flight, but one of the wonderful things about our country is that you never know for sure...... LOL!!!

I guess i was going by the Opera house delays that I kept reading about...maybe that was a unique happening? all the delays?

I would say they need to have AEP ready for summer travel, or it will be a REAL disaster. So, they will at least TRY to have it finished by early Dec.

But you never know for sure, as I said... LOL!!
