Visa/Entry Fee for South American Countries

I am planning a trip to South and Central America. I just wanted to know what the entrance/visitor Visa fees are for: Colombia, Brazil, Panama for a US Citizen.

Thanks everyone.

Now Argentina requires a fee upon entry which can be paid in dollars or pesos or put on a credit card. I think the fee is around $130US and is good up to ten years.

I read this at a viable site a few weeks back.
