Peru- Amazon Cruise and Immunizations

We're taking a 4 day cruise out of Iquitos the end of May- the CDC recommends Yellow Fever and Malaria- has anyone else done these?

I've had the yellow fever vaccine and have taken anti-malarials. But honestly, my experience is irrelevant -- you should consult a travel physician to determine what is right for YOU. That can be particularly tricky for the yellow fever vaccine, as certain people face serious risks that must be weighed in light of your personal health, age, etc.
