I want to try sheep brains in Spain. What would be something unusual that I could try in Argentina?

grilled small intestines from sheep.

Never thought I would enjoy grilled intestines...now I fight for them when they are taken off the grill....

EMPANADAS, Humitas, locro, quinoa dishes, "asadito" yummmm.
are temptations in the NW. The best empanadas (beef, cheese, and chicken, also charqui, quinoa...)
