Los Nevados National Natural Park
 

What would be my best bet to see stunning frailejóns view. I prefer to get to somewhere by car and make a trek in a day. Would love to stay more in the mountain but i don't have enough time

Assuming that means the one in Colombia. We went in early December and stayed at the resort with the hot springs termales del ruiz. Maybe there is a guide in Manizales that can take you there in a day trip. You do have to be careful with the altitude there, it is also very cold at night. I would not go alone. It is a very nice resort if you can afford it.
