Lima - driver for hire
 

Hello! We will be traveling to Peru in August and would like to do an overnight trip to Huacachina/Paracas. I've searched many different tour companies and ones that I found do not seem to offer what we need (either the price is too high or dates are off) so I thought it would make sense for us to hire a driver for 2 days. Would anyone have a recommendation for a private chauffeur? (I know about Cruz Del Sur bus, thanks).

Try taxidatum.com and see what they charge. They are pretty fair with in town transfers.

I've seen quotes of approx $250 to $300 per day for long distance transfers. Don't forget they have to come back to Lima unless the driver is willling to spend the night..and then you get to pay for 24 hour service and hotels.
