I'm not afraid of heights but that made me nauseous - jeeze louise!

elberko Dec 9th, 2015 09:48 AM

I'm not really claustrophobic, but I felt trapped on the London Eye, and that was for half an hour. This would be worse.

I might (I say might) enjoy the view, at least of the stars, but I'd never get there. And I'd want a solid floor.

I remember seeing someone posting either here or on TA who was going to stay there...no thank you! I could barely walk down some parts of the Inca Trail around Pisac and Machu Picchu.

Just one word .... Earthquake ... ( not even a big one, just a trembler)

crellston Dec 13th, 2015 12:51 AM

Good point Scarlett.

Also, if like me, you do suffer from vertigo, do NOT watch the video showing how one gets up to the cabins!!

progol Dec 13th, 2015 03:34 AM

Oh, noooooo!!! I'm getting dizzy just looking at the pictures! Not in a million years would I do this!

crosscheck Dec 14th, 2015 07:41 PM

Haha. Guess I will have to visit without Mr. Crosscheck (who had to be helped down from one of the smaller structures at Angkor Wat because of vertigo).
