The huge mall, Alto Palermo is nearby .. there is a Starbucks there if that interests you, but be warned, it is not the same and the coffee here is better.
You will be close to ( a short cab ride away) Palermo Viejo/Soho where there are a gazillion restaurants and cafes. Walking from Palermo towards Recoleta, there are many many cafes and restaurants on all those side streets... Dr Dawggy knows the restaurants and locations better than I do but I do know you won't have any trouble finding any.

ADP is very close to Charcas (about 1 block)-- a pedestrian only street that is filled with cafes, shops, all manner of things.. including one of my favorite coffee shops in Buenos Aires: called the Gourmet Shop.. it's about 3 doors in from Coronel Diaz. So there's no need to wander far for anything.
