I will be traveling in Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile. While there I'd like to use my phone to check e-mails on a regular basis and call back to the states occasionally. I have an i-phone and my carrier is Verizon. I have contacted Verizon but the programs offered seem quite expensive. Any suggestions for allowing me to do this without breaking the budget?
