In Santiago airport for 7 hr stopover/Lima

I am flying to Lima on 11th jan via Santiago, is there much to do? IAm I able to go out of the airport, if so any recommendations for anything to do?
Also in Lima for 3 days before i join a tour on my own. I have read take the green taxis if no airport pickup...staying in Miraflores area.
Any recommendations on what to do over a 3 day period... my tour already includes, Cuzco, inca trail.. so it's more stuff in the city.

The Green Taxi is located right when you exit the luggage area – to Miraflores it will cost around 45 soles (they accept dollars also, I think, but you might want to ask ahead of time).

Lima for three days: Visit the Larco Museum; Spend some time in the historic district and see the main plaza and some of the churches, the San Francisco Cathedral is really nice inside and has interesting catacombs underneath; there is a MiraBus (tour bus) that goes around the city and I believe it starts from Larcomar or Parque Kennedy I don’t know if it is any good but seems to be popular; There are several old pyramids/ruins in Miraflores that are really affordable and easy to visit; Walk along the Malecon and go paragliding if that is your thing; try some seafood like ceviche.
