Galapagos DIY 8 Day Trip
 

Hello!

I am planning a roughly 8 day trip to the Galapagos for mid-May. I would like to save some money and DIY it, potentially flying into Balta airport and out of San Cristobel. Can anyone help recommend how we should break down our time between the islands ? Should we try to spend at least a night on 3 islands ? Is it best to just stay on 2 and include day trips ? We are a young couple looking to see wildlife, do some easy snorkeling and visit beautiful beaches.
