Chile 1 Month Itinerary help.
Hi everyone,
I am planning a 1 month trip to Chile and plan to arrive in Santiago on
17/12/22 and depart on 14/01/23.
Based on research I want to visit the following places, but need some advice on the ordering to ensure I am minimising as much as possible.
I happy to take internal flights or buses, whatever makes sense time wise.
id prefer to not visit Bahia Inglesa and La Serena back to back
San Pedro de Atacama
Bahia Inglesa
La Serena
Pucon
Torres Del Paine
i know I will need to arrive in places like Temuco (for Pucon) and Puerto Natales (for TDP).
just looking for some suggestions on the order please.
Thanks
nathan

If it were my trip I think I would fly north to Calama and bus to San Pedro de Atacama then work my way back south. When we went that way we headed from SPdeA to Iquique which we quite enjoyed and then headed down the coast. Sometimes by bus sometimes flying. For a variety of reasons, I try to avoid flying but there is something about flying along the Chilean coast with the ocean on the right and the Andes on the left - almost like the longest beach in the world..
If you don't want to visit Bahia and La Serena back to back then just find somewhere in between. Maybe a diversion to Reserva Natural Los Huascoalinos.
Not a fan of Santiago itself, but a couple of days in Valaparaiso would be worthwhile.
Pucon is wonderful but I can't think of anywhere en route between there and Santiago so maybe fly to Temuco.
After Pucon we crossed the border to San Martin de Los Andes.
