Casa Cor Peru, 2013 Edition 9/24/13 to 11/4/13

Last year, the owner of my B&B tipped me off to this event in Lima. It is basically a "design house", where an old mansion is renovated and rooms decorated by various designers. Admissions ($10 US equivalent) goes toward a charitable endeavor.

This year the dates are September 24 through November 4, and the location is the Barranco district of Lima. The project is the "Palacete Sousa", the residence of Barranco's Mayor in the early 20th century.

Well worth visiting if you are passing through Lima between these dates.

More info on their Facebook page, where you can also view a film clip of last year's project.
