Cafayate - Driver for day-trips and transportation back to Salta Airport.
Hello.
I would like to take day-trips from Cafayate to the surrounding areas in November without renting a car. I also need transportation from Cafayate to the airport in Salta without having to take the bus to downtown Salta and then a taxi to the airport. Any suggestions/recommendations would be Greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance.

I see on your other post that the recommended guides are busy - could your hotel help? We stayed at Hotel Killa which we recommend - their front desk staff (the owners I think) were very helpful and spoke excellent English so may be able to help (or another hotel if you've booked one)

Hi Elizabeth.
Interestingly enough, I'm staying at the same hotel as you did. I've sent them an E-mail requesting this information. Waiting to hear back from them. Might you have any recommendations for Cafayate that you enjoyed during your stay?
Thanks.

Restaurants in Cafayate we enjoyed:
Chato's Wine Bar -- charming owner serving interesting flights of local wine with small bites (not full meals)

El Terruno restaurant on the Plaza - we had delicious fish and pasta ... a nice break from meat in BA

Patios de Cafayate Hotel - used to be a Westin I think. We were just going to have a drink and see the lovely vineyard view but we sat by the pool and before you know it ordered lunch, which was quite lovely

Drives - I hope you're going to do the drive to Cachi from Cafayate - a long day but breathtakingly beautiful. We stayed in Molinos which is about half way - the Hacienda there is very nice and maybe a place for a lunch stop
