Bus travel Ecuador

Hi everyone,

I am flying to Quito in a couple of weeks and would like information on bus travel in Ecuador.
Most of Ecuador is in the amber region, but bus travel will only be possible if local authorities have opened the bus terminals.

I want to travel between Quito, Maquipicuna, Mindo, Puerto Lopez and Pinas.

What is the latest news about bus travel in these areas ?

It seems that Quito had a curfew until 12 August. Is the curfew still continuing ?

The West coast of Ecuador has a lot of small red regions - playas pilotos. What are the restrictions here ? Do the restrictions affect trips to Isla de La Plata ? I am not sure what a pilot beach is.I would appreciate any current information.
Thanks.
