Barranquilla Carnivel 2019
 

We are planning to attend the Barranquilla Carnival 2019. In all my research, I've yet to determine the neighborhood or general street intersection where the grand stands are located. I ask so that we can reserve a hotel close -- but not too close -- to the Carnival. We plan to purchase tickets in advance. Thank you!

Purchase tickets in advance is the best option. Near that date it is impossible to find a good hotel and flights
