Right down the street (exit right), on Posadas, is El Sanjuanino. One of the top empanda spots in BAires. We think its about the best ones we have had there. Its well known. Inexpensive, sit down lunch. For us it is a mandatory stop. Have fun.

I absolutely agree! El Sanjuanino offers great regional dishes and Sottovocce (Italian) and Fervor (grilled fish) are both wonderful dining options. All these places are within walking distance of your hotel, as said above.
