Argentine entry fee
 

I know that Argentina has been threatening to im[pose an entry fee for Americans of $135 pp. Anyone know if they have actually done it yet? We are leaving this Friday and would like to know. Thanks!!

Arrived in Argentina Feb. 18 and left March 26 2009. No entry fee at that time.

This terrible idea seems to have been shelved, at least for the time being, as it hasn't even been mentioned again.

However, Obama recently neglected to shake hands with our lady President, so, who knows? LOL!!!

pretty much, whenever anybody comes into the country, let us know if you got charged!

I don't know about Flyer Talk, but here we hope to be able to warn people if and when this "reciprocity fee" is going to be charged.
