Argentina with 3 teen girls in 9 days - Itinerary Help Please!

My husband, myself, and our three teenage girls will be heading to Argentina March 7-16. We arrive into Buenos Aires @ 9am on the 7th and leave to go home @ 9pm on the 16th (also from BA). That's all I've planned so far. Eek! I'm usually one to have an itinerary planned, booked and done with only two months to go, but here I am and we don't even have a rough schedule of events yet.

I'm also one to PACK. IT. ALL. IN.
Sometimes it doesn't work out too well for us, but most of the time we really do enjoy being on the go and seeing as much as we can with the limited time that we've got.

Here is an idea of what I had in mind. Feel free to critique, add, scratch, or maybe even applaud my thoughts. My oldest daughter is toying with the idea of moving to Argentina next year and maybe attending university there.

March 7 - Arrive at the airport, uber to apartment or hotel in Palermo. Use the majority of the day to meander around Palermo, shop, rest, eat.
March 8 - Visit San Telmo (Sunday market!) and La Boca
March 9 - Tigre Delta
March 10 - Recoleta and an early evening tango show
March 11 - BA (maybe a football match?)
March 12 - Morning flight to Cordoba, Jesuit Block, Nueva Córdoba
March 13 - University tour in Cordoba
March 14 - Morning flight to Iguazu falls
March 15 - Iguazu falls + late afternoon flight to BA
March 16 - Lazy day in BA + red eye flight back to the US

My main concern is trying to fit in Iguazu falls. I'm not loving the fact that we'd be on a flight 4 out of the last 5 days. I may end up skipping it altogether and simply extending our days between BA and Cordoba. Maybe adding a day in the Sierras or a day at Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay. I liked the idea of Iguazu because it gave us some nature in addition to two cities, but I'm not opposed to saving it for another trip. What do y'all think?

A few thoughts;
You are right to be concerned about all those flights in that timeframe. Air travel in Argentina IME is unreliable.

Tigre is nice enough but I would just stick to BA or add the time to Iguazú to make that section a more realistic possibility. I recommend seeing both side of the falls for which you need to plan for two nights there with an early flight up and late flight back. You need a full day for ten Argentine falls and half a day for Brazil. Hire a taxi for the duration and they will take you everywhere you need to be.

san Telmo and La Boca are fine esp on a Sunday- perhaps consider staying there instead Palermo. Recoleta cemetery is very interesting and worth a visit but what else do you plan on doing there?

Cafe Tortoni is probably your best bet for a tango taster

Ideally I'd have liked to fly from BA to Cordoba on March 11, Iguazu from Cordoba on March 13, and Iguazu to BA on March 15, but there's not a direct flight from Cordoba to Iguazu on the 13th. I'm leaning toward skipping the falls altogether. I'll look into Cafe Tortoni for tango. Any other suggestions on day trips from BA that teenage girls may enjoy?

There are number of Estacias close to BA which would be worth a look esp if they are into horses. Perhaps a trip across the river to Colonia del Sacramento, a stunning colonial town in Uruguay. Easily done on the Buquebus ferry.

perhaps a little young but google "secret bars " in BA
