23,000 expats from the USA. That's a lot. My guess at least 20,000 of them live in Recoleta or Palermo Soho.

Doc: That's your embassy's estimate. The newspaper article says Judith Freidenberg, from the University of Maryland, estimates the number is 60.000.

Huentetu, I suppose since China is Argentina's leading trading partner it makes sense for lots of Chinese expats would call Argentina home.
