5 days in Patgonia... review of itinerary

Hello everyone. I will be in Chile for two weeks on few weeks. I need some help with Patagonian part of my trip, which will inside arriving day and 5 full days after that.

Here is basic itinerary and plan... Please add to it any ideas or comments:

25th: Me and two of my family members will arrive to Punta Arenas either at 3 or 5pm on March 25th.
26th: Explore more of Punta Arenas and possible do Isla Magdalena tour.
27: Pick up rental car and drive to Torres Del Paine / Puerto Natales. Stay in hotel in the park (most likely)...
28: Do day hike to towers.
29: Do day hike or take a boat tour to Glaciers. Come back to Puerto Natales in the evening.
30: See Puerto Natales and board Navimag ferry in the evening. (Would it be possible to buy last minute tickets cheaper at this time of the year?)

Few questions:
How can we get from Punta Arenas airport to our hotel there? Just taxi?

Should we also go see Seno Otway even if we will go see Isla Magdalena?

Is it worthwhile visit Bulnes Fort?

Please help me refine it and add anything that I could be missing.

OK. Thanks... So I guess besides arrival day in Punta Arenas and possible excursion to Isla Magdalena I should spend the rest in the park?

Right. Although you need to verify checkin time for the boat.

Someone have suggested to get my hotel to book tour to Isla Magdalena once we get there on our arrival day. Is it good idea? (I heard tours are easily canceled due to the weather). Or should I book online?

Also... I guess all penguins are gone from Seto Otway, and only company that will run tours to Isla Magdalena is Solo Expeditions? Is it right?

The Comapa boat does the last trip to Isla Magdalena on the 14th of March. The other option is the zodiac with Solo Expeditions, if they are running after that date. It can be a rough ride and I don't know how many penguins you would see that late in the season. I would email SE and ask before booking.
