2 weeks in Argentina

What would you do or what can't you miss if you are a first time visitor in Argentina for 10 to 14 days last week of October first week of November? Your opinions, so my interests shouldn't matter. Thanks for your opinions....

Drive the Circuito Norte in the Salta region in the North west. Amazing and varied scenery, great food, wine and places to stay. 5-6 days

Iguazu falls one of the wonders of the world (visit both sides of the falls if poss)- believe the hype! - 2 days

Buenos Airies - 3-6 days

Sure, North and South are incredible. I can only stand for the NW of Argentina as I can give you detailed information,... but, of course the whole country is amazing...
Salta and Jujuy province have a lot to offer like colourful montains, amazing rock formations and, like crellston said, great food and wines!!
I would recommend two days to see Purmamarca, Humahuaca GOrge and the Salt flats. Purmamarca has a lot of hotels where you can spend a night and use the early morning for a healthy walk in an incredible scenery...
Two days for Cafayate, wine tasting and goat cheese factory... hike in the mountains and some time for SALTA town in between.
Have a wonderful time here,.

If you love cities I'd spent the bulk of my time in BA with a side trip to the Falls. If you're not a big city fan thend I'd do Iguazu Falls for 2 days, the NW for 6-7 days and spend the rest in BA. Of course, I haven't been to Patagonia yet, so I may be biased...

If you are going to Argentina you must go see Iguazu Falls. If you can afford it I reccommend the helicopter flight over the falls. You take it from the brazilian side and I think it cost me 80 dollars 2 years ago. Your hotel can organise this. You can get good ideas for you itinerary here www.beaconsouthamerica.com

thanks everyone for your input. Argentina is on my short list of visiting for the fall. I'm just beginning to research by reading and coming to this site to get ideas , that's why I didn't give any specifics. Thanks again.
