I'm feeling bitter and so left out :'(
with all the comings and going of late. Enough about me.

You kids have an absolutely wonderful time. Come back with some good stories for us.
Be safe and enjoy!

As we said last night, sounds like a really great itinerary - can't wait to hear all about it.

Hope your card arrives in time and everything is resolved so that you can relax and enjoy the last few days before you go and then have a fabulous trip!

Hi Michael,

The chances for a meeting look good -- the check-in time for my flight is around 1pm, so I should be there before then.

Cheers,
Julian

On the road again, and we have seen a word about your visit to Egypt. Thought I forgot? Nope.
Hope to have some king of report when you return from Africa, though no pressure. Beats me when I'll get to my report.

Happy and safe travels.

Hi Sandi,

I've been far too busy to write up a trip report for Egypt, I'm afraid, but I'll definitely do one for Botswana and South Africa. Look forward to seeing your trip report.

Cheers,
Julian

Julian, have a great trip. We will be in Botswana at the same time, albeit in different parts of the country, me in the Kalahari and you in the Delta.

I leave on June 28, spending time in Lesotho (hopefully, to cross-country ski), Hluhluwe, St. Lucia and Kgalagadi. But I'm not nearly away as long as you -- I'll be on the ground for only 10 days, having spread this year's vacation out among Honduras (February), St. Petersburg, Russia (end of May), South Africa (in 10 days), followed by the Balkan Peninsula (mostly Bosnia, Montenegro, Europe's newest country, and Albania)(end August) and the UAE and Oman (November).

Have a great trip!

Michael

I feel quite boring - the only place I'm going (tomorrow) is deepest, darkest Wales!
