Valentine's Day - Altamer or Olivers?

We will be in Anguilla over Valentines day, which holds special meaning for us apart from Valentine's day. I think I have mapped out most of our other dinner locations -- but wanted to get feedback on whether you would recommend Altamer, Hibernia or Olivers for Valentines Day and why? Thanks in advance.

Those are all very good restaurants and each has its supporters. Personally I think Altamer has the best food and is the most visually stunning ambiance, however, you won't be disappointed at either of them. One of the main draws of Anguilla is its many fine restaurants - it's too bad vactions are so short - so many places, so little time!

I will second the vote at Altamer. Very lovely setting and excellent food. The food at Hibernia is also worth the longer drive, but I would give a leg up to the atmosphere at Altamer.

I agree with Altamer. It is the most romantic of the three and the food is excellent. Try the fish done three ways combo dinner.

Altamer, as well -- ask for a table for 2 at the waterside -- spectacular!

I would not put Olivers in the same league as Altamer.
