St. Croix - seeking input
Hi, we are trying to plan a family vacation for next Christmas season and interested in hearing opinions on St. Croix. It’s a group of 10, with 1 teen, the rest adults ranging in age up to my parents who will be 80. We’ve all done St John before and LOVE it, but wanting something a little easier to get around this time and where there is the possibility of staying in walking distance to a beach. All 1st hand input welcome!

Our family of five really enjoyed The Buccaneer resort on St Croix.
Nice beaches, good restaurants, full hot breakfast buffet included, great oceanfront suites, great customer service, free use of boogie boards/kayaks/etc, easy snorkel trip from their dock to Buck Island.
Not a huge AI resort. It's a smaller, family-owned resort with history.
We rented a car for one day, to circumnavigate the island. Found a beachside bar we liked, called Rhythms-- https://www.rainbowbeachstx.com/
We took cabs into town for dinner two nights. Recommend Savant.

Their beach house looks fabulous for a group:
