What time of day for Sagrada Familia visit in May?

If you were going to visit Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and wanted to be there in mid-May, when the light in the cathedral is beautiful and the crowds as low as possible, what time would you plan to be there? At opening at 9 a.m., or later?

I totally agree with late afternoon for the light shining through the stained glass windows, it was breathtaking! We were there in May also, and even though every time slot was full, the crowds weren't bad because of the timed entry. We did our group tour first, then circled back to look at everything again at a leisurely pace.
