Join Cruise Critic if you don't already know about that website.
For Alaska cruises, with a land portion you will start or end in Anchorage and the cruise line will take you to Denali National Park (usually by train). You might want to plan a few extra days to tour the Kenai Peninsula (Seward or Whittier area) on your own before or after the main trip. This may involve renting a car, which you will want to line up as soon as you have your itinerary. Both times I cruised I chose Holland America and an itinerary with Glacier Bay.
I know that some people on a June cruise I took thought the pace of the land portion was too fast, but they were older. The did see the mountain, as well as grizzlies. June is a very good month for wildlife sightings in Denali.
Know that SE Alaska (Juneau, Ketchican, etc) can be very rainy.
There are a number of trip reports covering the cruise portion here on Fodors.
