Vegetarian Tavuk Gogsu in Istanbul
Does anyone know where I can find vegetarian tavuk gogsu in Istanbul? It's the traditional Constantinople pudding made with chicken breast, but I can't find any vegetarian versions of it on the web. Help me out guys!

Veggy and Vegan alternatives to chicken are available in most health food shops and most mainstream supermarkets, certainly in the UK and Europe.

Curious, I did a search for "vegetarian tavuk gogsu" & immediately found several vegetarian recipes that contain no chicken, substitute chicken or tofu. That being the case, if the OP wants to find it while in Istanbul, a more general search for vegetarian restaurants might do the trick. If it's just recipes that are wanted, do a google search using that phrase.
