4 weeks in Europe , Croatia, Prague and where else?????

4 weeks in Europe , Croatia, Prague and where else?????
We are considering spending 4 weeks in Europe and want to stay a week in each spot. We would like to visit Prague as well as the Northern Croatia area. What suggestions would you make for the other 2 weeks in the general area? We love visiting hilltop towns. Thanks in advance for your suggestions

I'd travel slowly and see what is between Prague and Northern Croatia: Southern Bohemia, Austria, Slovenia.
Hilltop towns are not very typical in this part of the world(much more common in Italy), but you can find a few tiny ones(more like villges than real towns) on the Istria peninsula of Northern Croatia.

As already noted, Istria is really the only place in Croatia for hill-top towns, but given that you specified northern Croatia for a week, maybe you already knew that.
I think that we would need to know much more about your interests to make any recommendations. You have a TON of options! You might find value in going to a library or book store to get a sense of the areas you could visit.
