There are some places on this link. Some are near city rail service. Keep in mind that rail service ends around midnight.

The only one I have visited was the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, for the view not to drink. You can walk from Ratchaprorop Rail Link station. Or longer walk from Asia Hotel (Ratchathewi Skytrain stop.)

Octave at the Marriot near Thonglor BTS was my favourite. Absolutely superb in terms of drinks, food, views and staff.
Tommy loved Above 11 at the top of the Fraser Suites. It has parasols shaped like trees, good booze and some highly unusual Peruvian thai fusion food.
