My restaurants are all vegetarian-friendly, but I had some memorable meals in Athena at Avocado and Gostijo.

In Santorini, Skala in Oia was standout (followed by gelato at Lolita's), but we also relished the casual fare at Obelix and Lucky's in Fira. santorinidave.com is a very useful resource for Santorini. We havent been to Delphi..

A bit hard to advice on those things, different folks, different strokes and all that...
But anyway...
For Delphi: I would make a point to try To Patriko Mas either for lunch either for dinner. Second choice(s) maybe Vackhos or Dion. Epikouros a worthy suggestion IF you make sure they don't serve a large tour group or two or three (still nice service and food, but ambiance is somewhat rioned if that's the case).

On Friday if you plan to drive to Athens airport, I would swap Hosios Loukas/Corycian Cave. Visit the cave first, then have lunch maybe in Arachova. Panagiota or maybe Dasargyris?
Dinner I guess somewhere closer to the airport, mayve side track to Artemis/Loutsa for a waterfront tavern? Not familiar with the area there....

As an Athenian, and a foodie, I have some excellent suggestions:

1) Karamanlidika tou Fani (lunch): this is a great place to taste Cappadocian Greek cuisine. You will find exotic mezes from the heart of Anatolia, like fried cheese pies, sausages, cheeses, kebabs, cured meats and much more Cappadocian Greek delicacies.

2) Mavro Provato (dinner): a great restaurant with recipes from all around the Greek world, made with a modern twist in generous portions and affordable prices. The quality of the ingredients is great, and the dishes are executed perfectly.

Check them out, they're really worth a look!

There is a huge selection of tavernas to go to just about anywhere in Greece. What one person considers traditional Greek and reasonable prices another would consider YUK! and overpriced!

As a suggestion avoid tavernas where more tourists than locals are eating, look for menus in Greek rather than fancy photos of food, don't be shy to ask to see what's available in the kitchen or serving area and don't be afraid to ask for something that is not on a set menu. Most tavernas are willing to make a special dish just for you.
