@ dgunbug -- no, no tips, not even for free tours. Pay for the guide's admission fee(s) and, if you have any meals together or transportation en route, pay for that, too. A small gift -- a token, perhaps something with a meaning linked to your home city or country -- is acceptable, preferably wrapped, given with many thanks and lots of assurances that it is nothing, and offered on top of two opened hands and a slight bow.
