Jailbird Italian Restaurant - BBC News Story

There was a recent BBC News Story on an Italian restaurant north of Rome (I'm thinking Viterbo?) that was in a jail.

The prisoners cook/serve you the food, however you have to pass special security clearances. The ambiance, however strange, seemed amazing and the diners were delighted with the food.

Is anyone familiar with this restaurant and/or it's location?

Thanks in advance.
