Saratoga Springs NY Restaurant Week ... Suggestions Please
We will be heading to Saratoga Springs to enjoy Restaurant Week this weekend .. Having never been I wanted some suggestions for restaurant favorites as well as shopping and any other sights you might be willing to share .. I realize the time to visit is during the summer but we need to be in the area anyway .. Suggest away please !

I can't help with restaurants since we moved away too long ago for any of it to be relevant. I had to comment though that this time of year is beautiful there! Don't believe that summer is the best time there
I loved the winters and the downtown area was so festive this time of year. I would love to hear about your trip when you return though.

Not sure how it is now, but in June 2007, we had a great dinner at Hattie's. Southern home cooking, known particulary for the fried chicken (which was excellent). Very casusal and busy, busy, busy! Maybe someone who has been there more recently can offer an up-to-date opinion.
