How many days should i spend where?

So i have a decision to make and im having a hard time.
i have two options

Option 1:
7 nights in rome
9 nights in amsterdam
5 nights in prague

option 2: roughly $35 more expensive (not much at all)
6 nights in rome
8 nights in amsterdam
7 nights in prague

keep in mind i have been to both prague and amsterdam in the past for less then 5 days each.
im going back because i enjoyed them, would i regret not getting the 7th night in prague?
any comments or feedback are appreciated.

If you have never been to Rome I would allow more time there. And I asm assuming that you will be doing some day trips from Amsterdam and Prague.

And it's heartening to see this many days in each city versus the usual 2 days Rome, overnight in Amsterdam that we often see in proposed itineraries.

Agree with nyt. Spend more time in Rome.

You could easily visit Oviedo or Naples by train for a day trip. Or Hadrian's Villa along with an impressive garden near bye.

Difficult to know your inner thoughts,

How do you travel?

Slow down and smell the roses.

i travel to see new places, meet new people, enjoy the local food, party, and experience different cultures.
The History of places interests me, but im not the type to go to a bunch of art museums.

Hi

Same for me
Rome deserves a lot of time.
Never been to Budapest, so I'd spend a lot of time there
Prague is one of my favourites - we spent 5-6 days the first time with daytrips. I'd cut days there, bt not that many. Or do some daytrips - you can go to Dresden by train easily I think.

Enjoy your trip.

Enjoy !

If you are bored with Amsterdam, take a Thalys and visit Bruxelles.
