Info request: Road Trip Naples to Bari-Part 2
 

I posted a message a few hours ago asking for advice on a planned trip from Naples to Bari, Please see the original "Road trip from Naples to Basilicata, Puglia and Bari."
I think because title failed to indicate I was seeking info and advice for that trip, the response has been understandably light (I assume many saw it merely as a road report and skipped).

Apologies for that omission. The current title topic above I hope remedies that - but also, here's an ADDENDUM:
The original post stated we'd be passing through or by Potenza on our way to Matera, when in fact we'll be stopping in Potenza as well. So I would ask responses to include any information available about accommodations, driving/parking in that locale also.

And please understand: many people only respond once every day or so. Impatience after just a few hours is not necessarily justified, particularly when relatively few Fodorites have spent time in Puglia. JMO.

We would have known that it was not a trip report because you, correctly, did not flag it as such.
