Flying? Budget? Passport? Mountains or coastal?
Interests?
Give us more to work with than a date and starting point.

im driving since its a last minute thing, just my girlfriend and I, i am open to mountain and coastal, the topic is such an open book since i just thought of it this morning!!! budget is pretty open, i like adventurous activities (bungee jumping, skydiving, mountain climbing) also into water activites (diving, rafting canoeing, kayaking), traveling with a go pro so it would be cool to get some good use of it and awesome shots/video, thanks for your help !!!

What an interesting distinction, mgutierrez!

I was going to suggest Cape May but not so sure it has the activities you describe.

I think you might do better on a road trip specific forum. Tripadvisor.com has one but there are loads of others. Doing a general google search for adventure road trip I found this idea for Pa.

You didn't mention snow skiing--might have some luck yet in New England. My husband learned in Killington VT and loved the experience there.

Ideas:

A friend was just back from ice-climbing in the Adirondacks (like mountain climbing but up frozen waterfalls) -- he has also done it in New Hampshire. A web search would turn up an outfitter and/or guide, I expect.

DS just returned from skiing in Quebec -- Mount Tremblant north of Montreal. Plenty of snow up there, still.

Muddy Paws in NH (White mountains) offers day long and overnight dogsledding tours, but I don't know how long into spring.

Or how about a Carnival cruise, for some real adventure?
