Any rental car price comparison website to receive alerts when price decrease at x?
 

I need to receive alerts when price decrease to a certain amount that I decide, from car rental price comparison websites like Skyscanner with prices from Europe not USA/English countries as is known that they inflate the prices in websites for USA. any suggestions?
