a 1800 miles road trip
 

Hii,,
I'm planning a road trip from Miami to Tahquamenon Falls State Park, MI. I'm passing through Georgia, East-Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio. I've never been to these places, so I wanted to know some must-see places or what I'll be seeing when I pass through.
And do you guys think that this trip is possible??

I just hope that the trip will be fun and that I'll be seeing some beautiful places.

the drive will take about a day and we'll stay 2nights at the tahquamenon falls state park. Then We will drive to new york and stay for a day or so, and then head back to miami. So it will be a long road trip, but I'm very excited. I just want to know what I will be seeing on the way..?

What do you <b>want</b> to see along the way? What are your interests? Do you want to see large cities? Small towns? Natural scenery? Museums? Amusement parks? Where in New York do you want to go?

Who is traveling? All adults? Small children? Anyone with mobility problems, etc.?

How many days are you planning for the entire trip? How long do you want to stop in each place? Which route will you be taking?

You need to do some research either online or at your local library, look at a map and provide more information before posters will be able to give you any advice you can use.

I will love to see natural scenery's, i love the nature. Me and my boyfriend will be traveling.
I have planned to take about a week for the entire trip. But that is because I don't where to stop. I told my bf that we will just keep driving and maybe stop to sleep in the car, but if someone have some suggestions where to stop I could change the days of the entire trip.
The route that I will be taking is the one that Google Maps shows. The route goes from Florida through Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio and then to Michigan.

So some suggestions about where to stop and where to see some beautiful places would be appreciated.

Ohio, Hocking Hills State Park, can't get more natural than that

If you will be coming through Nashville and driving up I-65 in Kentucky, you could see the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Mammoth Cave National Park near Cave City, and several things in Louisville; e.g., the Churchill Downs Museum, the Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat Museum, or the Muhammad Ali Center. You might attend a baseball game at the stadium beside the river, or you could go for a ride on the Belle of Louisville paddle wheel boat on the Ohio River.

For more scenery, drive up I-75 from Knoxville and stop at Cumberland Falls State Park near Corbin, KY, visit Berea and see the crafts made by college students and others (eating a meal at Boone Tavern), and drive around the Lexington area to see horse farms and dry stone fences in the famed Blue Grass area. There is a restored Shaker Village on the Harrodsburg Road and Fort Harrod (restored) in town where the pioneers fought off Indian attacks.

Kentucky has a lot to offer. You could e-mail the Department of Tourism in Frankfort and request more information.

And can anybody recommend stores where you can buy a motorcycle, that's something that my boyfriend would like! He also likes fishing..?
