We have NOT stayed here but have heared great things!
There are limited food options other than Red Frog, but a short boatride into Bocas del Toro will give you plenty of choices.
We were pleasantly surprised to find Lemongrass. Do some searches and you'll find many recommendations for the area.

One thing to keep in mind with this resort...they have been strongly criticized for their lack of environmental considerations in a fragile environment. There are some other very cool places like Casa Cayuca, Red Frog Bungalows, La Loma Jungle Lodge (in trees, not beach) or Al Natural that I would rather give my business to....
