Need accommodation ideas for 10 people

Hey everyone! I am trying to organize a trip to either La Ceiba or somewhere on the Bay Islands for a group of 10 people. We will just have finished an 8 day medical mission in the mountains and wanted to spend a few extra days of relaxation at the beach. I'd like to find someplace with a pool ... and beachfront. Perferably something all-inclusive (food) and in-expensive (but not cheap)!
I know, I'm asking for a lot!

Most of us are unrelated -- 7 gals and 3 guys.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Beachfront with a pool in La Ceiba you've got the Quinta Real at the high end and the Partenon Beach at the low end. Outside of La Ceiba at Sambo Creek the Hotel Canadian. None of the above are all inclusive. A bit further out to Playa Roma the Palma Real which is all inclusive. You can generally save a lot of money if you go food and drink a la carte. Enjoy Honduras!

Charlie, why didn't you mention the Coco Pando? It's on my list of "maybes".

And are you saying that 'all inclusive" is usually not price saving?

Thanks!

Most boards prohibit any kind of commercial solicitation and we don't have a pool (except the Caribbean). In La Ceiba where a good lobster or shrimp dinner, generally the most expensive thing on the menu, will run you $10-$12 US, soft drinks $ .50, local beer $ .75 and a rum and coke $1.35 you spend a lot more money on all inclusive.
